📝 Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Shoes must be unused and unworn (only indoor fitting is acceptable).

  • Must be in the original shoe box and packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

⚠️ Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale / clearance items

  • Customized or special-order shoes

  • Shoes showing signs of wear, stains, or damage not caused by us

💵 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • If rejected, your item will be returned to you.

⏳ Late or Missing Refunds

  • First, recheck your bank account.

  • Contact your credit card company (processing may take time).

  • Contact your bank, as there may be a delay before posting.

🏷️ Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded.
⚠️ Sale and clearance items are non-refundable.

🔄 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same model/size:

  • Send your shoes to: {physical address}

🎁 Gifts

  • If marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return.

  • If not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

🚚 Shipping Returns

To return your product, ship it to: {physical address}

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

  • For expensive shoes, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or buying shipping insurance.

  • We do not guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
